Claims Services Coordinator
The Claims Services Coordinator works with the Claims Services Managers (CSMs) to enhance customer service to all clients, internal staff, and other service providers.
ESSENTIAL EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE : Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent with three (3) years administrative assistance experience.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
Help CSMs organize claim review meetings by inviting clients to participate in semi-annual (sometimes quarterly) claim reviews, schedule these reviews, and make sure all dates, times and call-in information is communicated to the client, the CSM, the broker and the TPA.
Distribution and analysis of claim service satisfaction and other surveys.
Gather necessary data points and communication drafts.
Run frequent reports and format them as requested by member companies / vendors / brokers.
Department projects from data warehouse needs to department process efficiencies.
Provide a Claims Services Guide to all new captive members and set up new captive members with the appropriate third-party administrator when requested.
