Key Responsibilities :

Provide legal representation and counsel for businesses

Draft employee handbooks, employment agreements, and compensation structures

Advise businesses on EEOC compliance

Manage employment law caseload from inception through resolution, including discovery, hearings, mediation, ADR, settlement negotiations, and trial if needed
