ELVTR is looking for a dynamic, data-driven Head of Marketing to lead our expansion into the Indian market one of the world's most dynamic and fast-evolving education ecosystems.

In this role, you'll be responsible for building and scaling our marketing function from the ground up. You'll own our growth strategy, lead acquisition and conversion efforts across multiple digital channels, and ensure our marketing investments translate directly into measurable business outcomes.

This is a full-time, remote position for candidates based in India.

Growth & Acquisition

  • Design, execute, and optimize paid acquisition strategies across key digital channels (Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Own the full marketing funnel from awareness and traffic generation to conversion and retention.
  • Continuously drive down CAC while maintaining sustainable growth velocity.
  • Build and manage a robust attribution model that accurately reflects multi-touch performance.
  • Analytics & Performance Management

  • Define and own core marketing KPIs, ensuring full visibility across campaigns and teams.
  • Create dashboards and reporting frameworks for weekly leadership reviews.
  • Partner with Finance to forecast marketing spend, ROI, and performance impact.
  • Translate complex data into actionable insights and growth opportunities.
  • Conversion Optimization

  • Lead A / B testing initiatives across landing pages and funnels to improve conversion rates.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Sales to optimize user journeys.
  • Leverage marketing automation, CRM tools, and retargeting campaigns to nurture leads and improve retention.
