About the Opportunity

The MH Group, LLC is currently seeking experienced and dedicated Per Diem Nurses (RNs and LPNs) to join our network of compassionate healthcare professionals. We partner with respected healthcare organizations across Massachusetts that value quality care, professionalism, and teamwork.

Whether you’re looking to pick up extra shifts, maintain flexibility, or expand your clinical experience, we have ongoing day and night shift opportunities available.

Qualifications :

  • Active and unencumbered Massachusetts Nursing License (RN or LPN required)
  • Minimum of three (3) years of recent nursing experience in an acute care, long-term care, or behavioral health setting
  • Current BLS certification (ACLS preferred)
  • Strong clinical judgment, communication, and documentation skills
  • Reliable, punctual, and adaptable to new environments

Responsibilities :

  • Deliver safe, high-quality, and compassionate patient care
  • Accurately document assessments, treatments, and patient progress
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care
  • Adhere to all facility and regulatory standards
