Purpose of Role

Responsible for writing and editing short and long-form marketing content for print web digital and social platforms across multiple sales channels and initiatives to meet business goals. Delivers compelling brand-aligned copy that supports business goals and resonates with target audiences. Also serves as an editor and mentor to more junior writers.

Key Responsibilities and Expectations

• Writes and edits high impact and direct response copy for various formats including mail shortform social video and radio scripts webinars and presentations email newsletters and educational content
• Leads concept development for campaigns brand messaging and content initiatives across all media (digital print social video etc.).
• Identifies opportunities to repurpose or iterate existing marketing content across other platforms and channels.
• Interprets briefs and data insights to develop copy that connects emotionally while meeting the lead performance goals
• Helps develop and outline multimedia marketing ideas and content such as short video spots.
• Stays up-to-date on marketing trends products and best practices.
• Coaches and mentors more junior copywriters on internal policies procedures and best practices.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Compensation

The base salary range for this position is ($84700 - $126940) inclusive of all geographical differences in the labor market. The base salary for the position will be determined based on factors such as the candidates work location skills education and addition to those factors we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members in determining any final offer.
