Salary : $80,000 (bonus eligible)

Overview :

Our client is seeking an experienced Network Support Technician to manage and support our network infrastructure, ensuring security, reliability, and efficiency across hardware, software, and network systems. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, excellent communication abilities, and the expertise to resolve complex technical issues while providing support to staff and end-users.

Key Responsibilities :

• Administer and maintain networks, servers, firewalls, and related infrastructure in a Windows Server / Microsoft Hyper-V environment.
• Plan, implement, and manage network security measures, including access controls, antivirus, and patch management.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues while collaborating with staff and vendors for solutions.
• Configure and optimize network devices (switches, routers, firewalls) and monitor performance for reliability and efficiency.
• Manage Active Directory, Group Policies, and enterprise applications to support secure and seamless operations.
• Document network configurations, create technical diagrams, and provide training / support to staff on systems and security policies
