As a Business Development Manager , you’ll be at the forefront of expanding our reach—building relationships, identifying opportunities, and working side-by-side with our engineering team to deliver automation systems that create real impact. We’re looking for someone who thrives on uncovering needs, connecting the dots, and developing long-term partnerships built on trust.
What You’ll Do
Build strong relationships with customers, asking the right questions to understand their operations and challenges.
Partner with our talented engineering team to concept custom automation systems that deliver measurable ROI and reflect our high standards.
Guide customers from first contact through post-installation follow-up with clear, honest communication at every step.
Earn repeat business and referrals through responsiveness, transparency, and a customer-first mindset.
Bring market insights and new ideas back to the team to help shape our offerings and approach.
On-site visits are key to understanding customer operations and earning trust. Travel is part of the job.
