Job Title : Lead Analyst - Field OperationsDepartment : Electric T&D OperationsReports to : Supervisor - Electric Line OperationsLocation : In Office, Rochester NYThe base salary range for this position is dependent upon experience and location, ranging from : $78,091.20 - $97,614Job SummaryThis position provides professional, high-quality support and consultation to T&D Electric Distribution in the areas of business planning, process improvement, performance tracking, financial analysis, and planning assistance. This individual demonstrates a high level of analytical competence through monitoring and making recommendations on various electric distribution processes, maintaining complete confidentiality, projecting a positive image, and effectively handling a variety of special assignments.Key ResponsibilitiesResponsible for the accurate gathering, analysis and presentation of information in support of T&D Electric Distribution strategic operating plan. 40%Coordinates, reviews and approves general plant purchases ($1,000 and over) 5%Makes day-to-day decisions based on Company policies and procedures. 5%Provides analytical support to T&D Electric Distribution operations as well as serves as sponsor to the field analyst group. 20%Coordinates Electric Distribution operating and capital budgets. 20%Develops and tracks business unit financial performance packages and communicates results. 10%Financial Responsibility : Develop Budget : $ $73M O&M and CapitalApproximate Budget Responsibility : $73M O&M and CapitalRequired QualificationsEducation & Experience Required : Bachelors Degree in Business or related work experience, experience may be substituted for educationRelated work experience = A minimum of 2 years related experience.Administrative, budgeting, and analytical experience preferredSkills / Abilities : Extensive knowledge of electric distribution

knowledge of all company policies and procedures pertaining to electric distribution
