LocumJobsOnline is working with AAS Locum Tenens to find a qualified Cardiology MD in Orem, Utah, 84059!

About The Position

We are

seeking an experienced Locums Interventional Cardiology Physician to provide

24-hour call coverage at a well-established hospital in Orem, Utah. This role

involves comprehensive inpatient cardiology care, including STEMI coverage, daily

rounds, and consult services, supporting a busy cardiology program.

Position

Details :

Schedule : 24-hour call, 7 : 00

AM – 7 : 00 AM

Coverage Type : Inpatient –

rounding, consults, and emergent cases

  • Practice EMR : Meditech

Key

Responsibilities :

Provide 24 / 7 STEMI and cardiology

consult call coverage

Conduct daily rounds on all

assigned inpatients

Manage a wide range of adult

interventional cardiology cases

Perform TEE (Transesophageal

Echocardiography) procedures

Collaborate with a

multidisciplinary care team to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Accurately document all patient

care activities in Meditech

Requirements :

Board Certified in Cardiology by

the American Board of Cardiology

Active Utah Medical License –

required

Active DEA registration –

required

Demonstrated competence in

managing all adult interventional cardiology cases, including TEEs
