What You’ll Be Doing

This is a physical, rewarding role that requires both brawn and brains. Your day-to-day will include:

• Restoration: Pressure washing and soft washing homes, roofs, and decks to prepare them for treatment.
• Craftsmanship: Sanding and staining exterior wood (fences, decks, log cabins) to our "Top-Notch" quality standards.
• Maintenance: Performing minor repairs on decks and fences to ensure structural integrity.
• Precision: Maintaining equipment and reporting project status with high accuracy.
• Safety & Logistics: Managing tools and adhering to safety protocols on every job site.

Position Requirements

Physical Ability Must be able to lift heavy items and handle a physically demanding outdoor workload.

Height Comfort Ability to perform occasional ladder and lift work.

Transportation Reliable transportation to reach various job sites.

Integrity Must pass a background check and have a clean driving record

Schedule Full availability for our Monday–Thursday schedule. Sometimes Friday as needed due to weather delays
