We are searching for a part time outpatient case manager to join our team in the Fleetwood and Wyomissing offices. The ideal candidate for this exciting career will have integrity and a passion for helping others. Working closely with the clinical supervisor, you will be processing intakes, discharges and scheduling requested evaluations. With this position, you will need to be very organized and efficient with all paperwork.

The hours can vary based on the needs of your clients, which may include evenings.

What Do I Need?

Education and Experience

Bachelor's Degree required in human services or related field

AND

Two years of experience in the field of human services

Other Requirements

• You will maintain a valid driver's license and have the ability to travel.
• You will maintain all required clearances.
• You will have the ability to use typical office equipment.
• You will have the ability to work as a part of a team and independently.
• You will have excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• You will follow all HIPAA privacy regulations.

This is an office, community, detention center, and home-based position where the hours will vary based on the needs of your clients.
