Federal Superintendent
Superintendent will be responsible for the following :
- Managing on-site construction activities to ensure timely project completion.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to maintain workflow efficiency.
- Monitor project progress and address any issues that may arise.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on-site.
- Managing project schedules and budgets.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure work meets established standards.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders regarding project updates.
- Provide leadership and guidance to on-site team members as needed.

A successful Superintendent should have :
A background in construction, with knowledge of federal projects5+ years overseeing federal construction projects.Strong relationships with the Corps (USACE)Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.Ability to effectively manage and communicate with diverse teams.An understanding of safety protocols and regulations.A proactive approach to addressing challenges and ensuring project success.Federal Superintendent package :
