The salary range for this position takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At WGU, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their position, and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. Job Description
Plays a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality services aligned with institutional expectations and strategic practices. This role is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing quality control measures, coaching standards, and continuous improvement initiatives across all assigned areas. Leverages deep expertise in quality assurance methodologies to provide independent recommendations, oversee performance standards, and enhance student outcomes. This includes conducting audits, observations, shadowing, and feedback assessments to drive consistency and excellence in performance and student engagement. Responsible for leading, developing, and supporting staff, to include setting clear expectations, fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration, facilitating professional development, and ensuring team alignment with organizational goals. Actively coaches team members, provides regular performance feedback, and supports growth opportunities to strengthen both individual capabilities and overall team performance. Location : This position requires you to live in Utah and work at our headquarters. This will be a hybrid schedule, with 4 days in the office and 1 day remote.
