Design and Drafting Manager

A company is looking for a Design and Drafting Manager in the nuclear sector.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and mentor a team of design and drafting professionals

Coordinate design activities across multiple projects to ensure timely delivery

Review technical drawings for accuracy and compliance with industry standards

Qualifications

Associate's Degree or higher in a related field preferred

At least 5 years of design and drafting experience in the nuclear or energy sectors

Minimum 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role

Expertise with 2D / 3D drafting tools (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Revit, MicroStation, etc.)

Strong knowledge of nuclear engineering design principles and industry codes
