Job descriptionPublic accounting experience. Prepare and review : High-net, 1065's, 1041's, 990's, 1120-S Direct and supervise a team of tax staff, in the preparation of tax returns. Review of final product. Staff training. Maintain database to track work group's clients. Set guidelines for proper tax return documentation. Form / Register new businesses. Research tax laws.
