Position Overview :

The Field Marketing Manager is responsible for managing the marketing strategies, tools, processes, and programs that support the execution of HTeaO's Brewing Purpose within our CommuniTEAs and Local Brand Programs. This role will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency, local relevance, and executional excellence across all franchise markets.

Responsibilities :

• Local Brand Marketing

Collaborates with the Vice President of Marketing to evaluate the specific marketing needs of assigned markets, establishing a tailored support approach, focus areas, and expectations based on market coverage needs, divisional priorities, and individual store performance
