Shift Details

  • Full-time, administrative hours
  • Days only, no weekends
  • On-call and late-call teams in place

  • Your Role

  • Establish department and service line goals aligned with organizational strategy
  • Oversee CVOR operations, ensuring regulatory compliance and patient safety
  • Manage financial operations for the CVOR service line
  • Promote a professional practice environment and relationship-centered leadership
  • Integrate clinical, human resource, and financial data to support decision-making
  • Participate in leadership development and succession planning

  • Job Requirements

  • Master's Degree in Nursing, or BSN with MBA, MHA, or related healthcare degree
  • RN license and BLS certification required
  • National Nursing Leadership Certification required within one year
  • Minimum 3 years progressive leadership experience; 5 years preferred
  • Open-heart surgical experience required
  • Proficiency with computer systems including word processing, spreadsheets, and e-mail
