About the Role
Project Lift is hiring a Regional Director of Personal Training for each of our operating regions. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on developing Personal Trainers improving training quality and supporting PT Sales Managers across Retro Fitness clubs.
Were looking for a leader who loves coaching trainers improving client experience and building a strong service-driven PT culture.
