Job descriptionStrong interpersonal and communication skills 1+ year of sales, marketing, or customer-facing experience preferred Self-motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented Passion for sales strategy, customer acquisition, and brand storytelling Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting Reliable transportation for local travel (in-office & field-based role) $17.00 – $21.00 / hour base + weekly performance-based bonuses Ongoing training and mentorship in advanced sales & marketing strategies Monthly team rewards : electronics, events, gift cards & even vacations! What You'll Do :
- Deliver engaging, face-to-face product presentations to customers
- Work closely with our team to develop and execute marketing campaigns
- Track and report customer insights to enhance campaign performance
- Build brand awareness through community engagement and outreach
- Meet and exceed weekly sales goals and KPIs
- Support promotional events, product launches, and field marketing efforts
