School-Based Mental Health Therapist

Are you passionate about helping kids and teens thrive emotionally and mentally? Join our team as a School-Based Mental Health Therapist! Youll provide counseling and support right in the school setting, helping students manage stress, emotions, and behavioral challenges so they can succeed academically and socially.

• What Youll Do :
• Provide individual and group therapy to children and adolescents at school
• Conduct assessments to understand student needs and develop personalized treatment plans
• Work closely with teachers, families, and community partners to support students
• Help students build coping skills, manage emotions, and improve social interactions
• Coordinate with other professionals to ensure students get the resources they need
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes
• What Were Looking For :
• Licensed Social Worker, Counselor, or Therapist in Ohio (LSW, LISW, LPC, LPCC)
• Experience working with children, teens, or families preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings or weekends if needed
• Valid Ohio drivers license and reliable transportation

Pay : $50,000.00 - $59,000.00 per year
