Join  Kama‘aina Kids  as a  1 : 1 Support Aide  and make a real difference after school! Support one keiki with special needs in fun, hands-on activities that build confidence and connection. Perfect for future teachers, SPED aides, or anyone who loves helping children thrive.

1 : 1 Support Aide – Make a Difference for One Child, Every Day

Join  Kama‘aina Kids , Hawai‘i’s largest locally owned and operated non-profit organization, as a  1 : 1 Support Aide  supporting a child with special needs in our After School Program. You’ll help one keiki participate in daily activities—crafts, games, homework, and social play—so every child feels included, capable, and valued. Bring your Aloha spirit to the classroom!

Who We’re Looking For

If you love working with children who have unique needs, you’ll thrive in this role. Patience, positivity, and a genuine heart for helping others are a must. Experience as a paraprofessional , SPED aide , or  RBT  preferred but not required.
