• Hiring, coaching, training, safety, and discipline
• Employee development
• Management and review of associates expense
• Time keeping and approval

Management of day to day operations.

Overall financial management for the plant.

Management of safety and efficient plant operations.

Project management.

Interact with Fleet Manager and Premier Fleet Service.

Manage associate expenses to stay within company policy
