We’re Hiring : Inside Sales Professional | Residential Roofing | Lead Conversion Role

We are a rapidly growing residential roofing company based in Stuart, Florida , looking for a results-driven Inside Sales Professional whose main focus is to increase our close ratio by converting inbound leads into scheduled inspections and signed contracts.

What You’ll Do :

• Manage inbound leads from marketing campaigns and homeowner inquiries
• Follow up consistently to improve lead-to-sale conversion rates
• Educate homeowners on our roofing process, products, and company values
• Maintain accurate tracking of calls, appointments, and outcomes in the CRM
• Collaborate with the production and field teams to ensure smooth transitions from inspection to project start
