About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to spearhead its global financial strategy, operations, and governance. The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of financial activities, including driving strategy across fiat and digital assets, managing banking, reporting, forecasting, and risk, and overseeing compliance, audits, and tax obligations. A key aspect of the role is leading treasury and asset management, which encompasses custody, yield, and liquidity, as well as administering token vesting and unlock schedules. The CFO will also be expected to build financial models, and scenario forecasts, and partner closely with executive leadership to guide the company's growth.

This role requires a professional with a minimum of 10 years' in finance leadership, particularly at the CFO or VP Finance level, and at least 5 years' of experience in crypto, Web3, or DeFi environments. The ideal candidate will have a deep knowledge of treasury, tokenomics, and financial modeling, and a strong understanding of compliance and audit standards in the EU and US. The company values individuals who are entrepreneurial, strategic, and comfortable in fast-moving teams. While not mandatory, experience with crypto foundations or Swiss associations, as well as a background in fund management or DeFi investing, are considered advantageous.
