About The Position

Job Title : Registered Nurse

Experience : Minimum 2 years of experience required.

License : Valid state license required.

Certifications : ACLS, BLS, NIHSS required.

Must-Have :

Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously.

Experience with pulmonary artery line / Swan Ganz monitoring.

Description :

Position is for an ICU nurse on night shifts.

The unit has a small capacity of six beds.

Patient ratios are typically 1 : 1 to 1 : 2.

Orientation is provided for new staff.

The role may require floating to other medical units as needed.

Weekend shifts are required every other weekend.

The typical patient population includes adults and geriatrics.

Conditions treated include respiratory issues, neuro and surgical patients, and high acuity surgeries, among others.

Interdisciplinary support includes physical therapy, respiratory services, and pharmacy.

Candidates should be prepared to work in a fast-paced environment with critical patients.

There is no expectation for on-call duty.
