A boutique community association and real estate law firm in growth mode is seeking a Legal Secretary / Litigation to join its dynamic team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and experienced in handling all stages of litigation as a Legal Secretary.

Key Skills & Competencies :
Litigation Support : Proficient in preparing, formatting, and e-filing pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documents in state and federal courts.Condo / HOA Knowledge : Familiar with condominium and homeowner association law, governing documents, and related litigation processes.Case Management : Skilled in managing case files, calendaring deadlines, and maintaining organized litigation records.Client Communication : Professional and courteous in client and board member communications; able to handle sensitive information with discretion.Scheduling : Experienced in coordinating hearings, depositions, mediations, and court appearances.Document Management : Proficient with legal document software, case management systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.E-Filing & Court Procedures : Strong knowledge of Florida e-filing portal and local court rules.Billing Support : Ability to assist with time entry, billing, and expense tracking.Team Collaboration : Works closely with attorneys, paralegals, and other staff to ensure efficient case progress.Attention to Detail : High accuracy in proofreading, formatting, and ensuring compliance with court requirements.Organization & Prioritization : Capable of handling multiple cases and meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Bilingual (English / Spanish) a plus.This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional ready to grow with a forward-thinking firm.
