A Personal Care Assistant is needed to support students with physical or medical challenges in a school setting. Responsibilities include personal care, mobility assistance, and implementation of individualized care plans.

Qualifications :

High school diploma or equivalent

Previous PCA, special education, or pediatric care experience preferred

Ability to follow detailed care plans

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

CPR / First Aid certification preferred

Responsibilities :

Provide assistance with feeding, hygiene, toileting, and mobility

Implement individualized care plans under supervision

Monitor student health and safety throughout the day

Document care and report changes in student condition

Support participation in classroom and therapy activities
