Overall Purpose : Responsible for designing, supporting, and / or administering executive compensation programs that align with organizational objectives and achieve attraction and retention of talent. What you'll do :
- Conducting in-depth market research and data analysis to design competitive executive compensation programs, including short-term incentives, equity, and deferred compensation plans.
- Administering and supporting the implementation of executive compensation plans, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Developing and / or presenting detailed reports, providing guidance to leadership on executive compensation matters, and collaborating with external vendors to evaluate and administer programs.
- Supporting processes related to SEC filings, one-time awards, perquisites, client consulting, external collaboration, continuous improvement, and / or leadership training.
What you'll bring :
Experience with administering short and long-term incentive programs, deferred compensation, and perquisites.Strong analytical and quantitative abilities.Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with HRIS and compensation management systems.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.What you'll need :
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferredCertification (CECP, CCP) preferred3+ years of experience in compensation, with a focus on executive or senior-level compensation programsOur Lead Exec Comp Consultant earns between $96,000- $144,000 USD Annual. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education / training.
