Lien Release Coordinator

A company is looking for a Lien Release Coordinator to manage lien release processes and collaborate with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the lien release process, ensuring timely processing and resolution of exceptions

Coordinate with document custodians to close out custodial files for Paid in Full (PIF) loans

Monitor and maintain the Lien Release Inbox, addressing trending deficiencies and action plans for audits

Required Qualifications

High School degree or GED

Familiarity with MERS Online (preferred, not required)

Experience within the mortgage industry, specifically MERS or title curative (preferred, not required)

Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
