We are seeking a motivated and professional Call Center Representative to join our Miami team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, delivering outstanding service and support. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, detail-oriented, and able to handle high-volume inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.

Responsibilities :

Respond to inbound calls and emails in a timely and professional manner.

Provide accurate information regarding company products and services.

Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues effectively.

Document interactions and maintain up-to-date records in the company database.

Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent service quality.

Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

Qualifications :

High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Proven experience in a customer service or call center environment is a plus.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and call center software is a plus.
