Key Responsibilities :

Assist clients with researching destinations, cruises,  travel packages, and activities.

Provide recommendations and guidance based on client preferences and budgets.

Coordinate travel logistics, cruises,  excursions, and special requests.

Maintain clear and professional communication throughout the booking process.

Manage records accurately and ensure client satisfaction from start to finish.

Work collaboratively with teammates to enhance the travel planning process.

Qualifications :

Strong communication and customer service skills.

Excellent attention to detail and organizational ability.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a remote setting.

Prior experience in travel, tourism, or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory.
