Job Summary :
The Sr. Talent Acquisition & HR Generalist plays an essential role in supporting the full employee lifecycle at Senseonics, from attracting and hiring top talent to providing ongoing HR support across the organization. This position is responsible for full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and generalist duties that enhance employee engagement, development, retention and overall HR operations. This role will be in a hybrid work environment with periodic in-office presence required for interviews, onboarding, and HR events.
Working in close partnership with the HR Business Partners and business leaders, this role combines tactical execution with thoughtful collaboration to deliver a seamless employee experience. The ideal candidate is an organized, proactive HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is motivated by meaningful, mission-driven work.
Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
Talent Acquisition & Hiring Support
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for positions across corporate, technical, and commercial functions.
- Partner with hiring managers and HRBPs to define role requirements, draft job descriptions, and implement effective sourcing strategies.
- Conduct candidate sourcing, screening, and coordination of interviews to ensure a high-quality candidate experience.
- Administer the offer process and coordinate with HR and IT to prepare for successful onboarding.
- Maintain recruiting metrics and provide insights on hiring activity and process improvement opportunities.
Onboarding & Employee Integration
Coordinate all onboarding activities, including documentation, system setup, and new hire orientation.Partner cross-functionally to ensure new hires receive a smooth and compliant start, whether on-site or remote.Gather feedback and support continuous improvement of the onboarding process to enhance retention and engagement.Employee Support & HR Operations
Serve as a first-line resource for employee questions related to policies, benefits, and HR procedures.Partner with HRBPs to support employee relations documentation, performance management administration, and engagement programs.Assist with HR initiatives including annual review cycles, compensation processes, and compliance programs.Maintain employee data in HR systems and always ensure accuracy and confidentiality.Support HR reporting and analytics as needed.Engagement, Culture, and HR Projects
Contribute to the planning and execution of employee engagement, recognition, and wellness initiatives.Support communication and change management related to HR programs and organizational updates.Participate in HR process improvement projects to enhance efficiency and employee experience.Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree required, preferred degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.6-8 years of professional HR experience with a combination of recruiting and generalist responsibilities.Experience in the medical device, healthcare, or life sciences industry preferred.Familiarity with HR and recruiting systems (experience with ADP and / or other HRIS required).Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, and core HR processes.Excellent communication, relationship management, and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
