Experiential Marketing Manager
Citizens is seeking a dynamic and strategic, seasoned Experiential Marketing Manager to join our Enterprise Sponsorships & Experiential Marketing Team and lead the strategic development and execution of high-impact consumer and commercial experiences across the enterprise. Business lines supported include Business Banking, Wealth Management, Retail, Corporate Banking, Capital Markets & Advisory, Commercial Real Estate, and Treasury Solutions. This role will also be a key partner in our Mastercard relationship, driving Priceless Experiences across lines of business. This role is instrumental in delivering innovative, memorable, and differentiated engagements that deepen customer relationships and elevate brand loyalty. These experiences span bespoke activations, thought leadership events, panel discussions, conferences, and webinars. The ideal candidate is a visionary leader and collaborative partner who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at managing multiple projects, and brings a digital-first mindset to experiential strategy. This role requires strong communication, relationship-building, and project management skills, along with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levelsincluding senior executives and external partners.
Key Responsibilities
Qualifications
Minimum 7-10 years of experience in event management and team leadership within a corporate setting; financial services experience strongly preferred. Proven ability to lead complex projects and collaborate with senior executives. Deep understanding of the banking industry and customer engagement strategies. Experience with sponsorships and partnerships is a plus. Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities. Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams. Comfortable navigating tight deadlines and shifting priorities. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook). Willingness to travel (~40%) and work non-traditional hours as needed.
