Job descriptionMD / DO with active, unrestricted license(s) in the U.S. Board-certified in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Endocrinology Telehealth experience preferred Multi-state licensure (30+ states ideal) Active NP license(s) in the U.S. with prescriptive authority Certified in Family or Adult-Gerontology Primary Care (FNP-C or AGPCNP-C) Prior telehealth or weight-management experience preferred Multi-state licensure a plus

Role Overview
Were seekingboard-certified Physicians and licensed Nurse Practitionersto join LumiMeds PC group. In this role, youll conduct virtual consultations, prescribe GLP-1 therapies when clinically appropriate, and collaborate with our care coordinators to ensure patients receive high-quality, compliant care.
Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual consultations (synchronous & asynchronous)
- Review patient intake forms, medical histories, and labs
- Prescribe evidence-based treatments, including GLP-1s
- Document visits in our EMR system in accordance with regulations
- Collaborate closely with our care and operations teams
- Participate as an active clinical member of LumiMeds PC group
