General Handyman

Identify vacant properties, complete lock changes, home winterizations, board-ups, general emergency repairs. Accurate reporting of property condition to include notes and forms as needed. Willing to train the right applicant. Basic skills with circular saw, drills, and digital cameras are required. Must be detail oriented with a valid driver's license and clean driving record. Vehicle will be provided during company hours. Typical work hours are Monday through Friday 7 a.m. to 3 : 30 p.m. Worksites are located in all areas of St. Louis, Metro East, and surrounding counties.
