System Analyst (Irving)

About the Role

Cornerstone Staffing is seeking an experienced Senior Business Systems Analyst with a strong background in healthcare provider systems (hospitals and clinics). This role focuses on EMR implementations (Epic, Athena, Cerner) and integration of 3rd-party healthcare applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience gathering requirements, documenting processes, and supporting project implementations across ancillary areas such as Lab, Pharmacy, and Radiology .

Key Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders in hospitals and clinics.
• Support Epic modules and other EMR-related projects.
• Assist in implementing and integrating 3rd-party applications (Sectra, Waystar, Capsule, Softbank, etc.).
• Develop and maintain project documentation including charters, process flows, status reports, agendas, and meeting minutes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful system implementations.
