Hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for Skilled Nursing Facilities in Siler City, Lexington and High Point!

We are seeking compassionate LPN / Licensed Practical Nurses to work within our client's facilities, providing follow-through of the physician-established plan of treatment and working under the supervision of the RN Supervisor. We believe that qualified nurses are advocates and health educators for patients, families, and communities.

Hourly pay rate: $28-$38

LPN- Licensed Practical Nurse Requirements:

• Currently holds an active LPN license to work in North Carolina
• Meets all State and Federal requirements for US employment in a Nursing Facility
• Strong patient assessment skills
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Demonstrated clinical competency
• Reliable Transportation to worksite location

LPNs are expected to carry out the following tasks:

• Instruct patients and their families in proper treatment.
• Help individuals and groups take steps to improve or maintain health.
• Assess and record symptoms and/or reactions and progress in patients.
• Administer patient medications as prescribed by the treating physician.
• Assist in rehabilitation in accordance with the physician's established plan of treatment.
