Industrial Facilities Technician – CNC Coolant & Utilities

A day in this role

You arrive to a clean, organized shop and start with a quick walkthrough : a flick of the lights to confirm fixtures are working, a check on HVAC performance, and a scan of plumbing and safety equipment. Next, you move to the shop floor to service CNC machines—changing coolant and filters, logging readings, and addressing any alarms—before tackling scheduled work orders. As weather shifts, you pivot to outdoor tasks, from lawn care to snow shoveling, keeping the grounds safe and tidy. Throughout the day you coordinate with teammates and management, completing repairs, documenting maintenance, and ensuring the facility runs smoothly and safely.

What you'll handle

• General facility upkeep : minor repairs, painting, and routine maintenance
• Shop equipment care, including changing coolant and filters on CNC machines and other machinery
• Lawn care, landscaping, and snow removal (including shoveling) as conditions require
• Monitoring and maintaining lighting, HVAC, and plumbing systems
• Shop organization and cleanup to maintain a safe, efficient workspace
• Partnering with team members and management to resolve issues and complete projects promptly
• Accurate documentation of maintenance activities and repairs
• Strict adherence to safety protocols and regulations
