Your Role

As a per diem Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN) , you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional patient care across all age groups, from infants to geriatrics. Your responsibilities will include :

• Providing direct patient care in the OR environment.
• Communicating continuously with surgeons and anesthesiologists about patient conditions.
• Maintaining surgical equipment and managing pain management inventory.
• Participating in performance improvement activities.
• Ensuring the operating room is fully equipped and ready for procedures.
• Monitoring, positioning, and assisting patients during surgical procedures.
