Project Leadership & Execution

Operational Excellence

Keep communication flowing between clients and IPM departmentsSupport quoting and estimating for new workPartner with sales to expand IPM's footprint and uncover new opportunitiesTechnical Expertise & Mentorship
Train field machinists in best practices and equipment usageTroubleshoot challenges with a hands-on, solutions-first mindsetEnsure documentation and reporting are accurate and timelyWhat You Bring
710 years of field machining or related experienceProven leadership in complex, multi-phase projectsStrong mechanical aptitude and critical thinkingProficiency in Microsoft Office and project management toolsAbility to read technical documents and apply practical math (geometry, trigonometry)Preferred Qualifications
IPM Level III Field Machinist statusJourneyman certification or technical degreeExperience with budgeting and performance metricsPhysical & Environmental Expectations
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and operate hand toolsComfortable working in dynamic environments (machining, welding, cranes)Willingness to travel up to 60%OSHA 10 / 30 certification or willingness to obtainValid driver's license and ability to gain nuclear facility clearanceWhy IPM?
