About the Role

We are seeking a Program Director to lead and support our Primary (3–6 years) program. The ideal candidate is a passionate Montessori educator with experience in classroom leadership and school management. This person will bring both strategic vision and practical expertise to help guide our expanding program, ensuring excellence in all aspects of Montessori education and daily school life.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the Primary program, ensuring a nurturing, engaging, and authentic Montessori environment.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and professional development for the Primary teaching team.
• Partner with the administrative team to implement school-wide goals and uphold C’E Montessori’s mission and values.
• Collaborate with families, staff, and the wider community to foster strong relationships and open communication.
• Observe classrooms regularly, supporting teachers with feedback and resources.
• Coordinate curriculum planning, assessment, and materials management.
• Assist with admissions, parent education, and community events.
• Maintain compliance with all licensing and accreditation standards.
• Contribute to innovation and growth initiatives as the school expands.
