Job Title : Outside Operations :
The Hartford Golf Club is calling on friendly, self-motivated individuals to join our team as Golf Outside Operations Assistant . Would you be able to provide members with personalized club services and support the professional staff with general golf operations? Are you a customer service rockstar who loves the game of golf? Are you looking for a fun, fast-paced environment to work in? If so, continue reading!
Your main priority as Golf Outside Operations is to provide exceptional customer service and support to all members and guests from arrival to departure. With an upbeat, professional attitude, Greet and welcome all members and guests upon arrival to the golf club. Assist members with golf bag handling, shipping receipts, storage, and set-up on golf carts.

QUALIFICATIONS :
- Previous customer service experience.
- High level of organizational skills.
- Previous Golf experience / knowledge and enjoys the game of golf.
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Ability to drive club vehicles.
- Must be able to frequently sit, stand, bend, kneel, walk and crouch.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs., lift overhead and push / pull, and move lighter objects.
- Frequently exposed to outside weather conditions.
