The Account and Distributor Manager will manage distributors and select accounts in a large geographic market area. In some channels, they will work with brokers to plan and execute sustainable, profitable growth for all AC F&S brands. This role will manage sales volume of $4MM - $10MM. This role is also responsible for developing joint business plans to achieve volume objectives with all distributors and identify new distribution opportunities in the market. They will also work with the account team in alignment with distributors to deliver 100% execution of all account co-op and programs.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Sales Planning
• Develop sales plan for the market area with distributors involved by reviewing account plans, S&OP forecasting, and execution expectations.
• With account responsibility within the market area ensure strong sales plans are in place to support planned net sales growth.
• Monitor sales performance weekly and follow up with distributors.
• Review each month execution and identify good and bad performances.
• Develop joint plans with distributor partners for market area to deliver the sales and profit objectives.
