• 8+ years of experience in designing complex web application
• Deploy, develop and enforce standards established in style guide
• Create and iterate using wireframes, mockups, and prototypes
• Develop site flows for internal and customer-facing web properties
• Test, research, and analyze experiences by the user across digital assets and applications
• Experience with web and mobile design
• Proficiency in Sketch for creating UX / UI designs and prototypes
• Knowledge / familiarity with In Vision in order to pass off work to developers
