We are seeking a Clinical Account Manager to serve as the dedicated lead for our partnership with a large academic medical center in Beverly Hills. This is an opportunity to be part of a fast-growing, mission-driven company transforming behavioral health access.

Precise Behavioral Health (Precise) was established to revolutionize the behavioral healthcare ecosystem for patients, providers, and health plans. Precise is a physician-owned and led organization that enables a mix of digital, telehealth, in-person, and community resources for improved patient outcomes. We partner with leading health systems to close behavioral health gaps through Collaborative Care, Emergency Department psychiatry, inpatient services, outpatient services, and digital platforms.

Scope of work : This hybrid role combines clinical acumen, account management, and customer success responsibilities to ensure operational excellence, strong stakeholder relationships, and optimal patient outcomes. This is a high-visibility role ideal for someone with a clinical background (e.g., LCSW, RN, PMHNP, PsyD, or similar) who thrives in cross-functional environments and can serve as a liaison between clinical teams, operational leadership, and various other stakeholders.

Responsibilities :

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clinical and operational leadership and staff
  • Attend standing meetings (virtual and onsite) with stakeholders to provide updates, address concerns, and ensure program alignment
  • Monitor contract performance and KPIs to ensure deliverables and SLAs are met
  • Act as the clinical liaison between customer and Precise’s behavioral health team
  • Support provider onboarding, privileging, and performance tracking
  • Ensure delivery of safe, evidence-based behavioral health services through continuous monitoring of clinical quality, compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards, peer review processes, and performance improvement initiatives.
  • Assist in care coordination workflows related to ED consults, outpatient follow-ups, and collaborative care integration
  • Perform Quarterly QBR sessions with client
  • Track patient access, provider engagement, and service utilization using internal dashboards
  • Collect and report outcome data to demonstrate clinical impact and value customer
  • Support issue resolution, scheduling logistics, and EHR integration questions
  • Partner with internal implementation, RCM, and operations teams to streamline execution

Qualifications :

  • Clinical licensure or advanced training required (LCSW, PMHNP, PsyD)
  • 3+ years of experience in behavioral health, care coordination, or integrated care settings
  • 2+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or provider operations
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to manage high-profile client relationships
  • Familiarity with EHR systems, digital health tools, and behavioral health billing preferred
  • Must be based in Beverly Hills and able to be onsite as needed
