Job Title
In this role you are responsible for the maintenance of tax records, monitoring for active tax service contracts, and conducting tax research on mortgaged properties in accordance with government guidelines, Service Level Agreements, and U.S. Bank policies / procedures. Ensures accurate and timely tax disbursements of real estate taxes on escrow and non-escrow accounts. Monitors the work of the outsourced tax vendor and aids in resolving other tax-related issues. Provides supporting documentation to the vendor to assist in their research.
