Assistant Vice President Product Manager For Notification System
This is an Assistant Vice President position as a Product Manager for the Notification System. As a trusted business partner, you will drive outcomes, lead cross-functional teams, drive strategy, and contribute to the deep and thoughtful analysis that enables our leadership team to make informed decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Vision and Strategy : Maintain alignment on vision, strategy, and goals, leveraging critical thinking to enhance product value.
Solution Planning : Lead planning sessions, including whiteboarding, persona experiences, journey mapping, and effort estimations.
Innovative Solutions : Propose modern technology solutions for the notification system to stakeholders.
Communication : Ensure ongoing alignment and product support through regular communication with technical and non-technical groups.
Development Proposals : Assess new proposals and investigate solutions to ensure scalability and performance.
Risk Assessment : Evaluate product and operations risks and issues.
Business Alignment : Ensure the notification system meets business goals and KPIs.
Client Experience : Create a seamless user experience that exceeds client expectations.
Subject Matter Expertise : Understand user needs through interviews, analytics, feedback sessions, and internal insights.
Roadmap Management : Define and manage the product development roadmap with clear schedules and milestones.
Metrics and Iterations : Develop and track success metrics and inform future iterations.
Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work with diverse teams for continuous improvements.

Requirements
5-7 years of hands-on experience with business & systems requirements processes.
3 plus years hands on product owner experience.
2 plus years experience in Agile environment.

Business Acumen : Strong knowledge of market trends, competitive analysis.
Leadership and Communication : Ability to lead cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Preferred Requirements
Understanding of Scale and Security : Proven ability to design and manage systems that scale effectively and securely.
Large Data Management : Experience in handling and managing large datasets efficiently.
Messaging Bus : Knowledge and experience with messaging bus architectures and their implementation.
Pay Range
$116,600-$194,400 / year Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
