• Manage healthcare design projects from concept through construction
• Lead internal teams and coordinate consultants
• Drive schedules, budgets, and QA / QC standards
• Maintain strong client relationships and represent the firm in key meetings
• Ensure regulatory compliance and healthcare design best practices
• Support proposal development and business development efforts
