Job descriptionTax provision and income tax compliance International tax and Transfer Pricing Indirect tax and Tax Automation Solutions R&D credits, incentives, and consulting Position Overview : As a Supervising Senior Tax Analyst , you will work on complex, high-impact projects alongside experienced leaders. You will play a critical role in helping clients manage tax compliance and provision requirements while supporting special projects. Prepare and review federal and state income tax returns, estimates, extensions, and forecasts Support the tax compliance and tax provision process, including ASC 740 income tax accrual calculations Prepare and review consolidated federal and state tax returns Audit quarterly estimated tax payments and extensions prepared by staff Demonstrate understanding of tax return filing requirements for foreign operations Conduct federal and state tax research and draft / review memorandums to support tax return filing positions and special projects to minimize tax expense Stay current on developments and changes in tax law and accounting procedures Qualifications Sought : 4+ years of corporate income tax preparation experience (corporate, public accounting, or professional services) Experience with income tax provisions and / or consolidated federal and state tax returns Proficiency with ONESOURCE, CCH, RIA, BNA, or similar tax research and compliance tool Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Ability to work in our Florham Park, NJ office 3 days per week (Tues, Wed, Thurs) and / or at client sites as needed Why Join GTM?
