Description : Munson Healthcare is looking for an experienced Physician - General surgery in Grayling.

Shift description below :

Dates : November 27–30 2025

Schedule : 24-hour call 0700–0700

Setting : Hospital-based

Average Number of Surgical Cases Per Day : 1-2

Documentation System / EMR : Cerner

Number of Operating Rooms : 3

Number of General Surgeons in Practice : 2

Patient Age Demographic Pediatric Adolescent Adult Geriatric : All Ages

Board Certification Required? Yes

Will you Accept Providers Needing to Obtain State License? No

Certification Requirement : ACLS

Procedures Required : General surgical cases including adult trauma and pediatric.

Facility will reimburse for : Mileage at the IRS standard rate rental car hotel and flight.

Rates to submit :

Malpractice - included in rates

Orientation rate - per hour of training / orientation

24 hours on call / holiday 24 hour on call

Call back / Holiday call back - per hour of patient contact hours / 1.5x

Conversion fee
